General membership meetings and membership network meeting with Diederik Jekel

During the annual general meetings of the FHI branches we discuss the course of the association, financial matters, board composition and the activities for the coming year. For members of FHI it is the perfect opportunity to think about the future of the association.

Traditionally, we close the general members meetings with an inspiring speaker and networking event. This year we invited science journalist Diederik Jekel. You may know him from programs such as The Knowledge of Now, Atlas, Focus, Jekel's Hunt and Who is the MoleHe is also a welcome guest on talk shows. Jinek, OP1 and Renze.

Diederik's goal is to make science understandable. He covers a wide range of topics, from the mysteries of space travel to the challenges of modern medicine. Diederik translates these complex topics into fascinating stories that appeal to a broad audience. In doing so, he builds a bridge between science and the media.

We will conclude the afternoon with drinks during the network meeting. There you will come into contact with other FHI members and catch up with colleagues from the industry.
