Industry reporting

Every year, ArboNed produces an extensive industry report for FHI. This report includes the development of sickness absence, the most important causes of absence, numbers of industrial accidents and work-related absence. The figures are compared with the absence at companies in the same sectors as FHI members.

Collaboration with Klap Insurance Broker

ArboNed works together with Klap Insurance Broker, a specialist in insurance for technological industry organisations. Klap provides the insurance covers for FHI and offers FHI members the opportunity to take out a high-quality, customised absence insurance in combination with ArboNed's occupational health and safety services. This offers extra comfort and benefits such as:

• Report sick quickly and easily online, with automatic notification to ArboNed and your insurer.
• One point of contact for prevention, absenteeism and reintegration.
• Within five days of each sick leave report, you will be contacted by telephone by your regular process manager.
• Optimal management of the absenteeism process and short lines of communication.
