OT Cyber risk management in practice(?)

Cybersecurity is an integral part of an organization's risk management strategy. Or so one would think... In many organizations this is not the case, despite legislation, policy and standards frameworks to achieve this.

The risk management theories (which one should I choose now?) do not fit the practice. There is organizational resistance, conflicting interests, and in the meantime the OT is as 'leaky as a basket'. How do you sail the right course now and keep it fun for yourself?
