Mechanical testing working group
The mechanical testing working group promotes knowledge exchange on simulation of the mechanical environment. The influence of mechanical loads on a component, sub-assembly or assembled system is investigated by exposing the product to a mechanical load (vibration, shock, impact) under controlled conditions. The working group exchanges knowledge on test methods, results and protocols and initiates development of mechanical test technology.
Contact person/chairman is Ronnie van Leeuwen, e-mail: ron.vanleeuwen@nl.thalesgroup.com.
