Aemas

Aemas stands for service and customer focus. We work together with the customer towards a solution. At Aemas we say, we do not sell instruments, we sell applications/solutions and that includes an instrument. Our demonstration and application laboratory is located at the Everdenberg in Oosterhout. Applications are developed here for both equipment from our suppliers and for equipment from suppliers that we do not represent. Aemas started in 1999 as a laboratory specializing in very difficult elemental analyses for ICP-OES and ICP-MS. Since 2005, when the representation of Teledyne Leeman Labs started, the focus has shifted and the knowledge/experience from the specialist elemental analysis has been included in the sale of instruments for performing elemental analyses. In 2005, Aemas started selling ICP-OES, Hg analyzers and DC-Arc spectrometers from Teledyne Leeman Labs. Five years later, in 2010, Aemas expanded its product portfolio with XRF, AAS and AFS technology by starting to represent Skyray Instrument. Also in 2010, Aemas also obtained representation from the German Spectral Systems, which added ETV to the package. ETV (Electro Thermal Evaporation) is a technique that can be linked to ICP-OES or ICP-MS, in which the sample is evaporated and led directly into the plasma without sample pre-treatment. Distinctive Aemas distinguishes itself in two ways from other suppliers of equipment for performing elemental analyses: 1. Service At Aemas, the customer is still truly king, we are there for the customer and not the other way around. With a team of five people, the lines of communication are short and continuity for the customer is guaranteed. If an instrument requires service, we manage to be there within 24 hours in 95% of the cases (Same Day Service). 2. Application development Aemas sells solutions/applications and this often includes an instrument. We are not finished with an installation until the user knows how to work with the instrument and when the application(s) have been developed/set up. A laboratory cannot afford to need a month or two months to get a new instrument working. Aemas can solve this problem by developing the application(s) in its own application laboratory before installation. Aemas can also help you develop applications for instruments that were not supplied by us.
