Tijdens een oriënterend gesprek zullen de wensen van u, de potentiële opdrachtgever, worden doorgenomen. Aan de hand van deze wensen zullen wij een gedegen en onderbouwde kosteninschatting en doorlooptijd afgeven.

Furthermore, any milestones, reviews, test moments and planning are determined in consultation. All this to be able to realize the highest possible quality delivery in the shortest possible time frame.

Project approach

Core|Vision has been successfully using this for several years now ScrumThis is a flexible way of working where it is common for you as the client to be part of the Scrum team. The client is given the role of Product Owner assigned and can closely monitor developments.

The power of Scrum lies in the possibility of interim/periodic deliveries and reviews, which means that wishes can be adjusted in the meantime due to changing insights from both the Product Owner and the development team.
