Every day we are busy with strategic questions. We disconnect entire residential areas from the gas network, we design energy-efficient and comfortable offices in which people are more productive and we reduce CO2-uitstoot. Niets laten we aan het toeval over: onze doortastende strategieën baseren we op waardevolle data die we met de nieuwste technieken uit gebouwen halen. We zien hoe een gebouw functioneert, en vooral: hoe we het energiezuiniger, comfortabeler en slimmer kunnen maken.

We make complicated things clear. Using various computer models, we show clients what is possible - and that is often more than you might think. Predicting energy behaviour for various situations? Buildings hold no secrets for us.

Involved from A to Z
We zijn een adviesbureau, maar het blijft niet bij intelligent advies alleen. We rekenen graag aan sluitende businesscases. Onze bijdrage zien we nooit los van het grotere plaatje. Een goed exploitatieresultaat vinden we net zo belangrijk als initiële kosten. En hierin gaan we best ver: bijvoorbeeld door óók risicodragend in projecten te participeren.

And the construction? We supervise that from start to finish. We also remain involved after the realization phase. Because we are on top of management and maintenance, we can make adjustments immediately if necessary for an optimal result. With advanced monitoring tools, we demonstrate whether the intended performance is actually achieved.
