At 3T we have a challenging position as Project Manager, specially designed for professionals like you. As a Project Manager at 3T you play a crucial role in connecting customers and engineers. You build strong customer relationships, manage commercial agreements and directly lead the project team. And the best part? You often work on several projects for different customers simultaneously, so no day is the same.
As Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the entire project, from start to finish. You draw up the project plan after consultation with the client and in collaboration with our talented engineers. You ensure that the project team is well composed, both qualitatively and quantitatively. You actively monitor the progress of the project and hold regular discussions with the project team and the client.
In addition to managing new development projects, there are also projects aimed at the maintenance of previously developed products. In this, the Project Manager, in close cooperation with the team, also fulfills the role of product manager and/or account manager towards the customer. You report to the Business Unit Manager. Together with the team, you make the project a success!
What are you bringing?
To successfully fulfill this role, we require the following from you:
- a completed HBO or WO education, preferably in a technical field
- demonstrable experience in managing projects for external customers in the field of electronics and embedded software
- sufficient technical knowledge to properly assess engineers
- organizational talent
- Demonstrable experience in working with and leading project teams, with the ability to switch between different levels of abstraction, from big picture to detail
- interest in the role of product manager
- strong communication and social skills, with the ability to create support within the project team.
- good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- eager to learn
- living in the Enschede region or willing to move here
- Driving license B is an advantage
This is a 32-40 hour per week position.
