As an exhibitor at an event, you naturally want to have everything under control. But you never know in advance what exactly happens. Suppose you are held liable by a visitor?

Event insurance is available for every event you participate in, small and large.
The coverage can be chosen to suit the event, so you only pay for what you want to be insured for.

What can be insured?

• Liability: Liability for damage caused to another person € 2,500,000, per liability
• Expenses: Expenses up to €100,000 if the event is canceled or postponed.
• Accidents: Accidents among employees/volunteers
• Casco: Loss and damage to hired furniture, light and sound equipment, tents and stages during transport and on location

What cannot be insured?

• Risky events, such as obstacle runs and dangerous sports such as bungee jumping and rafting.
• Damage to the site where the event takes place.
• Damage caused with or by motor vehicles or (air) vessels.

During the quotation discussion, we will provide the policy conditions in which it is specified for many situations which damage is and is not insured.
