Registration of stand staff

Registering stand staff! Really something to forget. But…

During WoTS, exhibitors have access to the exhibition halls daily from 8:00 AM on presentation of an exhibitor badge. Exhibitor badges can be collected personally from the first day of the exhibition at 8:00 AM at the entrance to the exhibition halls, but make sure that your stand personnel is registered. Stand personnel receive a different access badge than visitors. Therefore, only register your stand personnel via the registration link for stand personnel below and not via the visitor registration. Each exhibitor has received a link by email with which you can register stand personnel. Stand staff receive a different access badge than visitors. So register your stand staff exclusively via the link for stand staff and not via the visitor registration.

You can also form a team with your stand staff in the app. You can further organize the company profile with your team.

During the trade fair days, stand personnel can scan the leads via the then available app. More information about scanning leads, downloading the app, creating a team, matchmaking and other possibilities within the app will be sent to you in week 35.
