Four exhibitors from the WoTS give their views on food safety in production. KROHNE Netherlands starts the seminar with an overview in which they discuss the principles of the food industry. We then delve into practice using case studies. Hiflux focuses on process optimizations to produce food more safely. EFAFLEX will be the third speaker, they will give a presentation about the development of clean room doors within the food industry. To conclude, Tetra Pak will give a presentation.
