Registration procedure

Step 1. Select an available booth location on the map.

1. 1. Go to the online map.
   2. Click on the hall of your choice to open the online map. At the top left you can click on the house icon to return to the overview of all halls.
   3. Click on the desired booth location.
   4. Fill in your contact details. If you want to combine multiple stands, fill in the extra stand numbers in the comments field.
   5. Submit the form.

Step 2. Complete the registration form
Complete your registration by filling in and sending the online registration form within 5 working days. Only by sending in the registration form will you make your registration final. Complete the registration form at the bottom of this page.

The method is as follows:

• The exhibitor selects a stand location online on the map of the world that suits the company's activities and books the stand.
• The stand location is only final once it has been confirmed in writing by FHI.
• No options are used.
• If the registration form has not been received by FHI after five working days, the selected stand location will expire.
• It is not permitted to book multiple stands unless they are actually used.

Participation in pavilion
In the halls we have the following pavilions:

• Test & Measure pavilion (World of Electronics)
• Development Club / IoT pavilion (World of Electronics)
• Instrumentation Pavilion (World of Industry)
• Machevo Hotspot (for members of Machevo & Bulk)
• FEDA Lounge (for FEDA members)

Do you want to participate in a pavilion? Then it is not necessary to book a stand location. Feel free to send an e-mail to info@wots.nl with your interest in participating in a pavilion. You will then be informed about the possibilities and the registration procedure.

Participation rates
The participation fees for the different variants in standard stand construction and the square meter price (free stand construction) you can find on the website. All prices are excluding VAT.

Additional business listing
As an exhibitor at World of Industry, Technology & Science, you are entitled to have your company name listed in the exhibitor list and on the floor plan. Do you have one or more co-exhibitors at your stand? Then you can request an additional company listing for this company(ies). The costs for this are €620 per listing. Complete the online application form here.
