The guideline covers three main areas: Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). What companies need to report exactly is detailed in the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This includes data on CO2 emissions, gender distribution at the top, human resources policies, and the management of supplier relationships and their impact on the supply chain.<\/p>\n<p>The CSRD applies to large BVs, NVs, public interest entities, medium-sized and small listed companies and certain non-EU companies.
