The Framework Employment Conditions Agreement (RAO) provides both employers and employees with a reference point for employment conditions that are common in the technology industry.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The RAO of FHI offers a sector-specific interpretation of the employment conditions, including the legal obligations that you as an employer must comply with according to employment law. In addition, the RAO contains employment conditions that are customary in the sector.<\/p>\n

As a member of FHI you have the right to adopt or adapt texts from this publication for internal regulations within your company.<\/p>\n

The latest update of the RAO was provided by the Human Resources Managers (HRM) group within FHI. This group consists of HR professionals from FHI member companies and offers support in all matters concerning personnel management.<\/p>\n
