testing and measuring within data &amp; telecommunications, education &amp; science, IC development, industry and government institutes. For this cluster, FHI organizes various theme meetings annually, around current themes and with other FHI members and clusters.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the cluster meetings is to discuss &#039;our&#039; issues and the socio-economic issues together, to put problems on the table and to arrive at new insights and solutions, which creates opportunities to generate new collaborations. Each meeting focuses on a different theme, which we determine together.
